A 4 week online class for ages 5-12 that teaches fun techniques for exploring the world through a lens!

How it works

  • Students tune into 1 live 30-45 minute class each Thursday @ 2:00pm

  • Weekly assignment are given at the end of each class

  • Get creative! Students work on assignments over the next week and Email photos to Ms. Sarah before the following class (optional)

  • Learn and HAVE FUN!

What We'll Learn

  • How to see and use light

  • Composition techniques for interesting images

  • Creating emotion with photographs

  • Telling a story with photos

What Your Child Needs

  • An internet connection

  • ANY camera (Cell phones or Ipads are just fine!)

  • Their imagination

How to Register

Fill out the form for each child you would like to register. Within 24 hours, you will receive a Paypal invoice via Email to pay the class fee ($45 per child). Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to log into the online classroom!

A portion of every class fee will be donated to a local charity providing relief for the community during the pandemic.

About Sarah

Hey, there! I'm a wedding and branding photographer based in Morganton, NC! I took an interest in photography at around 12 years old when I received my first camera for my birthday. My love for taking pictures followed me into adulthood and I eventually quit my desk job to pursue this business full time!

I had the privilege of teaching an in-person photography workshop for kids at our local art studio last year, and I had so much fun that I want to offer this experience to more kids...online! I believe that art is an important part of any child's education and my hope is that each of my students walks away with a newfound hobby and new ways to use their imagination!
